Prices
are based per web server. All license fees include:
- Unlimited
number of users
- High
priority email support for 1 month (Optional support contract
is available for 15% of the total license price per year)
- Optional
version maintenance contract is available for 20% of the
total license price per year
- Support
for one FTP server location. (Support for additional FTP
servers can be purchased separately)
We also
offer fully hosted solution starting from $89.00* per month
Following
conditions apply:
DocTera
will only work from a single (one) webserver which is identified
by an IP address or domain name specified by you during the
purchase of your license. You will be charged a full license
fee for any additional servers.
The digital certificate for applets will have to be renewed
every year.
The certificate will expire every year in February.
Be sure to download the update for DocTera at that time.
The update will be available for free to all our licensed customers.
Only the source code for JSP pages will be provided.
The source code for the Java classes and the applets
will not be provided when you license DocTera.
For an additional fee, we can arrange source code escrow service.
